INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients (per serving):

• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 5 mg

• Zinc (zinc mono-L-methionine and zinc aspartate) – 10 mg

• Magnesium (magnesium aspartate) – 150 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Veg capsule (hypromellose, water)

• Rice flour

• Stearic acid (vegetable source)

RECOMMENDED DOSE

• Adults:

  • Men: take 3 capsules daily

  • Women: take 2 capsules daily

• Take on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before bedtime.

• Avoid taking with dairy, calcium supplements, or calcium-containing foods.

CAUTIONS / WARNINGS

• Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if taking antibiotics, calcium channel blockers, diuretics, beta-2 agonists, digoxin, or if you have reduced kidney function.
