Medicinal Ingredients

Arnica montana, Mountain arnica (underground parts) 15X; Cinchona pubescens, China (bark) 12X; Eriodictyon californicum, Yerba Santa (aerial parts) 12X; Hepar sulfuris calcareum, Hepar sulfuris (calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni and sulfur), 12X; Lachesis,  Bushmaster (venom) 15X; Lycopodium clavatum, Clubmoss (spores) 12X; Silicea, Silica (silicon dioxide) 15X; Thiosinaminum (compound of oil of mustard) 15X

Non-medicinal ingredients

Vegetable glycerin, purified water

Recommended Dose

FOR USE IN THE EAR ONLY. Remove tamper-evident seal  from neck of bottle. Twist cap off bottle. Tilt head sideways. DON’T squeeze bottle, squeeze plastic tip to release 4 to 5 drops into ear (Tip of applicator should not enter ear canal). Keep drops in ear for 3 to 5 minutes by keeping head tilted or placing cotton in ear. Any excess drops can be wiped away from outer ear. Use up to 4 times daily for no more than 48 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years of age consult a doctor. Replace cap after use.

According to homeopathic principles, the medicinal ingredients in this medication temporarily relieve minor symptoms such as ringing, buzzing, roaring, humming, and pounding.

Cautions

For external use only. Do not use in the eyes. Initial exacerbation of symptoms may occur. Use only if the bottle seal is intact. To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface. Discard open bottles after 6 months. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children.
Do not use: If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

Stop use and ask a physician if symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, there is discharge from the ear, or if there is a fever of 39°C or greater. Ask a physician before use if you have ear drainage or discharge, pain, irritation, a rash in the ear, an injured or perforated (hole) eardrum, had ear surgery, dizziness, or recently had a blow to the head.
