INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients (per 2 tea bags):

• Organic burdock root – 900 mg

• Organic stinging nettle leaf – 900 mg

• Organic cleavers herb – 450 mg

• Proprietary blend (750 mg total):

• Organic dandelion root

• Organic lemon peel

• Organic lemon myrtle leaf oil (Backhousia citriodora) on gum arabic

RECOMMENDED DOSE

• Adults: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2 times daily

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 2 tea bags

• Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes

• Gently squeeze tea bags before removing

• Best used daily for up to 2 weeks, followed by a 1-week break
