Recommended Dose

Helps to develop and maintain proper muscle, bone, teeth, and tissue function; contains alkaline minerals and buffers. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins: provides energy.

Mix one rounded scoop (8.4g) in 375-500 ml of water, or to taste and take daily (on an empty stomach/early morning is best) or as directed by a health care practitioner. Best Ways & When to take Morning Rise & Shine:

• First thing in the morning for a refreshing “pick-me-up” & detoxifier
• Replace early morning coffee (or sweet drinks) with a healthy alkalizing alternative
• Anytime of the day in hot or cold water, as an energizing, hydrating drink
