Directions

Insert the DivaCup by folding it in half, then insert it into the vagina and release. To remove, pinch the base of the cup to break the seal, then pull it out. Clean the cup before and after each use with mild soap and warm water, and store it in a clean, dry place. Replace the cup every 12 hours or if it becomes too old to use. The DivaCup is recyclable where facilities exist.
