Ornithine can also be converted into other amino acids, such as citrulline, proline, and glutamate, as well as creatine, an important muscular energy source.

Recommended Dose

Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily between meals. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Cautions

Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to L-Ornithine, are Ornithine Delta-Aminotransferase deficient, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are on a special diet or have a kidney, liver, or cardiovascular disorder. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort.
