What It Does

A kid-friendly multi-symptom formula designed to relieve dry coughs and stuffed noses for children ages 6–12. This alcohol-free, sugar-free syrup provides up to 6 hours of effective symptom relief, helping kids get through the day comfortably.

Medicinal Ingredients (Per 5 mL / 1 Teaspoon)

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide – 7.5 mg (Cough suppressant)

• Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride – 15 mg (Nasal decongestant)

Recommended Dose

Children 6–12 years:

• Shake well before use

• Give 2 teaspoons (10 mL) every 6 hours

• Maximum 40 mL per 24 hours

• Do not exceed the recommended dose

• Do not use longer than 7 days

Children under 6: Do not use.

Cautions

• Do not use with other cough or cold medications.

• Do not use with MAOIs, SSRIs, or within 2 weeks of stopping them.

• Do not use if allergic to any ingredient.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child has:

• chronic cough

• cough with excessive mucus

• breathing difficulty

• chronic lung disease (asthma or emphysema)

• heart or thyroid disease

• diabetes

• glaucoma

• decreased kidney function

• any serious medical condition

• is taking any other medication (prescription, OTC, or natural health products)

Stop use and consult a doctor if:

• symptoms worsen or last more than 7 days

• new symptoms develop

• child develops thick yellow/green mucus

• fever > 38°C

• persistent headache

• allergic reactions (rash, itching, wheezing)

• side effects such as drowsiness, hallucinations, rapid heart rate occur
