RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults:

• Take 1 tablet three times daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

CAUTIONS / WARNINGS

• Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have Addison’s disease, a bleeding disorder, or an autoimmune condition.

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Do not use if you have:

  • Hypokalemia

  • High blood pressure

  • Kidney or cardiovascular disease

  • Diabetes or glycosuria

  • Vascular disease

  • Hyperadrenia or hyperthyroidism

  • Bile duct obstruction or acute liver disorders

  • Intestinal spasm

  • Gallbladder inflammation

  • Cancers

  • Allergy to plants in the Dioscorea family

• Do not use if you have hormone-sensitive conditions such as:

  • Uterine, endometrial, breast, or ovarian malignancy

  • Endometriosis

  • Uterine fibroids

• Do not use if you are taking:

  • Thiazide diuretics

  • Cardiac glycosides

  • Corticosteroids

  • Immunosuppressants

  • Stimulant laxatives

  • Medications that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance

• Do not use if you have protein S deficiency (wild yam may increase thrombosis risk).

• Do not use if the outer seal is missing or broken.
