Ingredients

100% Organic Eucalyptus Blue Gum Essential Oil (Eucalyptus globulus var. globulus)

Direction

Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.

May cause allergic reaction (e.g. irritation of the respiratory tract) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may occur. Symptoms of poisoning from eucalyptus oil include burns, epigastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, muscle weakness, myosis and feeling of suffocation; cyanosis, delirium and convulsions may occur. For prolonged use or if symptoms worsen or persist, consult a health care practitioner.
