INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients (per gram):
• Polymyxin B Sulfate – 10,000 units
• Bacitracin Zinc – 500 units
• Gramicidin – 0.25 mg
• Lidocaine Hydrochloride – 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
• Cocoa butter
• Cottonseed oil
• Olive oil

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults and children 2 years and older:
• Clean affected area thoroughly
• Apply a small amount 1–3 times daily as needed
• May be covered with a sterile bandage
