RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adults and children 16–65 years of age:

Take 1 or 2 Liqui-Gels at bedtime.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a physician.

• Do not exceed 1,200 mg of ibuprofen and 300 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride from all sources within 24 hours.

• Allow 4–6 hours after your last daytime dose of ibuprofen or diphenhydramine before taking this product.
