INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients:

• Fresh Ivy (Hedera helix) leaf tincture (1:5.6) – 376 mg (equivalent to 67 mg dried leaf)

• Fresh Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) herb top tincture (1:7.9) – 329 mg (equivalent to 42 mg dried herb)

• Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root tincture (1:10) – 234 mg (equivalent to 23 mg dried root)

• Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) leaf essential oil – 0.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Water

• Alcohol (1 mL tincture contains 0.47 mL ethanol)

• Aniseed essential oil

RECOMMENDED DOSE

• For cough (adults): Take 1 mL (38 drops) with water, 4–5 times daily

• For catarrh and bronchitis (adults): Take 2 mL (76 drops) with water, 5 times daily

• Salivate before swallowing
