How To Use

Place patch on clean & dry area. Press down firmly for 4-5 seconds to help the patch adhere to your skin

Leave on for 6-10 hours (overnight is best)

Remove and throw into the trash*, repeat if u want.

*The patch is the only non-recyclable item. The liner sheet, the film cover, and the paper envelope are all recyclable or compostable. See each individual product for more information.
