Precision Phosphorus Supplement

Phosphorize delivers a consistent phosphorus source for reef systems that chronically test near-zero for phosphate. Adequate PO₄ is critical for microbial stability, nutrient export, coral health, and zooxanthellae function. Prolonged deficiency can lead to pale tissue, stalled nitrogen uptake, and persistent dinoflagellate outbreaks. Phosphorize enables controlled phosphate correction without adding organics or causing cloudiness. Each mL raises PO₄ by ~0.3 ppm per US gallon (3.8 L).

Instructions 

Dose 1 mL per 1 US gallon (3.8 L) to raise phosphate by ~0.3 ppm. Begin with a partial dose and test after 24 hours before repeating. Dose into a high-flow area (sump or rear chamber preferred). Avoid large swings, small frequent doses are safer than large infrequent ones. Always test with a reliable low-range phosphate kit before and after dosing. In established tanks, actual PO₄ rise may be lower than expected due to binding or microbial uptake. Adjust dosing based on test results. Maintaining measurable phosphate can help suppress dinoflagellate outbreaks, especially when nitrate and microbial balance are also supported.

Storage

• Keep tightly capped and out of direct sunlight.
• Store between 15 – 30 °C (59 – 86 °F).
• Crystals that form below 10 °C will redissolve when warmed and shaken.
