Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients (per 5 mL / 1 teaspoon)

• Ammonium carbonate — 153 mg

• Potassium bicarbonate — 267 mg

• Menthol — 22 mg

• Camphor — 2.2 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Butylparaben, Canada balsam, carrageenan, glycerin, pine needle oil, propylparaben, sodium cyclamate, tincture of capsicum, water.

Recommended Dose

Adults & children 12+:

Take 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 mL) every 2–3 hours.

Do not exceed 50 mL in 24 hours.

Shake well before use.

May be mixed with equal parts honey if preferred.

Cautions / Warnings

• Do not exceed recommended dose.

• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist longer than 7 days, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache.
