Each 5 g serving (2 teaspoons) contains:

Wheatgrass (Triticum aestivum, leaf, fermented and organic) – 5 g

Made without fillers of any sort, it is a pure and simple fermented whole food powder for the whole family. 100% VEGAN. Contains NO soy, dairy, eggs, gluten, flavours, colours, preservatives, sweeteners, GMO ingredients or fillers.

Direction

Mix 5 grams (about 2 teaspoons) into one glass of water or juice and drink immediately after mixing. It can also be added to smoothies, cereal, yogurt, or shakes.

If you are new to wheatgrass, start with 1 teaspoon daily for 3 to 4 days, then increase to the full dose if tolerated well.

It is commonly taken in the morning or daytime. You may take it on an empty stomach if comfortable, or with food if it causes stomach upset.
