Heme Iron (Bovine) by New Roots Herbal® delivers a highly bioavailable form of iron sourced from BSE-free bovine hemoglobin. RECOMMENDED DOSE

• Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily with a full glass of water, with or without food.

• Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking.
