What are lignans and why do we need them?

Lignans, also known as complex carbohydrates or polysaccharides, are an important part of high-fiber foods that come from plants.
The richest available source of plant lignans. Hi-Lignan Flax Oil has an amazing 25 times more SDG (Secoisolariciresinol Diglycoside) lignans than regular Flax Oil.

Ingredients

Organic partially defatted flax seed powder

Direction

Add 1 tbsp into a large glass of water or juice. Stir well and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water. Do not consume in dry form. Best used daily in blender drinks and baked goods.
