WHAT IT IS / WHAT IT DOES

Polysporin® Eye & Ear Drops provide fast, antibiotic relief for common external infections such as conjunctivitis and mild ear infections. The formula combines polymyxin B and gramicidin to help stop bacterial growth, soothe irritation, and support recovery. Safe for all ages for eye use, and for ages 6+ for ear use unless directed otherwise by a healthcare professional.

INGREDIENTS

Medicinal Ingredients (per mL):

• Polymyxin B Sulfate – 10,000 units

• Gramicidin – 0.025 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Alcohol, benzalkonium chloride, poloxamer, propylene glycol, water

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Eye Use:

• Apply 1 drop into the affected eye, 4 times daily for 7–10 days

• Avoid touching the dropper to the eye

• Remove contact lenses; do not wear until infection resolves

• Discard bottle 1 month after opening

Ear Use:

• Apply drops to the affected ear 4 times daily for 5–7 days

• Keep head tilted for a few minutes after application

• Discard bottle 1 month after opening

CAUTIONS / WARNINGS

• Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients.

• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have severe pain, impaired vision, sensitivity to light, fever, heavy discharge, or unexplained pink eye.

• Stop use if irritation occurs, symptoms worsen, or do not improve within 2 days.

• Avoid contamination: do not touch bottle tip to any surface.

• Do not use in children under 6 years for ear applications unless directed by a doctor.
