Indian jalap (Operculina turpethum) root extract (10:1) – 40 mg
Coffee senna (Senna occidentalis) seed extract (14.28:1) – 32 mg
Black nightshade (Solanum nigrum) whole plant extract (25:1) – 40 mg
Chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula) fruit rind extract (2.5:1) – 8 mg
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome extract (33.33:1) – 6 mg

Non-medicinal ingredient:
Hypromellose.

Direction

Take 2 capsules before bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Caution

Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking corticosteroids, licorice root, other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, cardiac medications such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmic medications, if you have a faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an intestinal obstruction, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet), abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, or if you are taking products containing diuretics. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing. Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
