• HIGH POTENCY MILK THISTLE LIQUID EXTRACT -- We use Milk Thistle seed in a 1:3 herb to alcohol ratio, with 1072mg of dry herb equivalent per serving. Every 20 drops (1 mL) contain 330 mg of dry herb equivalent.
• SUGGESTED USE -- 65 drops (3.25 mL) taken 3 times per day. Take the drops either sublingually (directly under the tongue) or add the drops to your favourite tea, sipping slowly and pairing with a deep, mindful breath.
