Medicinal Ingredients

Cranberry extract 10:1 (Vaccinium macrocarpon) (fruit) 1000 mg (DHE: 10,000 mg), European goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) (herb) 265 mg, Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica ) (leaf) 558 mg, Small-flower willowherb (Epilobium parviflorum) (herb) 500 mg, Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) (herb) 686 mg, and Rose hip (Rosa canina) (fruit) 119 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Marshmallow root dry, zea mays (cornsilk), lemon flavor, orange flavor. (Amounts based on a 1 tablespoon/4 gram serving size.).

Recommended Dose

Adult women: Drink 1 cup of tea once a day. Use 1 tablespoon of dried tea per cup (250 ml) of water. Take a few hours before or after taking medications. If you prefer a sweeter-tasting tea, try adding stevia or a small amount of honey. Preparation instructions inside box.

Cautions

Contraindications: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take with highly acidic food (e.g. citrus fruits and juices) or with medications which may acidify urine. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
