Each dose should be inserted high into the vagina with the provided applicator. Additional cream can be used externally to relieve symptoms like itching and burning. Cautions
Clotrimaderm Vaginal Cream (1% Clotrimazole) should be used with caution. It is for external use only, so avoid internal or oral ingestion and use strictly as directed for vaginal application. Stop using the cream and seek medical advice if you experience any signs of an allergic reaction, such as itching, rash, or swelling. It’s best to avoid using the cream during menstrual periods, as effectiveness can be reduced. Additionally, refrain from using tampons, douches, or other vaginal products concurrently with this treatment, as they may interfere with the cream’s efficacy.
