AOR’s Ortho Iron Vegan improves symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia such as fatigue and weakness, without the gastrointestinal side effects commonly associated with iron supplements. Vegans and vegetarians will benefit from Ortho Iron Vegan because they are at a higher risk of anemia, as well as iron and B12 deficiency, simply because their diets do not provide the more absorbable, heme form of iron found in meat, and are lower in vitamin B12.

Recommended Dose

Cautions
