Pour 240ml freshly boiled water over 1 or 2 tea bags. Cover and Steep for 5-10 min. Squeeze and remove tea bag to ensure maximum goodness.

We formulate our Organic Chamomile tea with the Matricaria chamomilla species of chamomile, commonly known as German Chamomile.

In our Organic Chamomile tea, we only use the chamomile flower, which is the most medicinal part of the plant. The chamomile flower is naturally rich in the compound azulene, which contributes to its floral fragrance and sweet honey flavor profile.
