Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule with meals, two times per day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Dosing recommendations are given for typical use based on an average 150 pound healthy adult.
